HERE'S WHAT WE'RE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE:
Our doors first opened in 1910 and we are excited to re-open them to our wonderful customers! Your safety and well-being, and that of our associates, remains our highest priority. We're taking all necessary steps to ensure a safe shopping experience and are even offering some new ways to shop with us. In addition to our in-store presentations, we're happy to provide virtual appointments, curbside pickup, and home delivery.
Below are some of the steps we've taking to keep our store safe:
- All employees have their temperature checked each morning and will be required to wear face-masks on the showroom floor
- Triple layered filtered masks and nitrile gloves available to our clients
- Hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the showroom
- Plexiglass sneeze guards have been installed on all showcases
- Sanitizing of jewelry and wristwatch after each showing
- Requiring appointments for all visits to spread out showroom foot traffic while adhering to 6ft social distancing guidelines
- Cleaning and sanitizing the showroom throughout the day
- Alcohol based “dunk tanks” to be used for in-coming jewelry repairs
- Continuing to offer curbside pickup and drop-off of repairs and new orders
- Continuing to offer virtual Zoom appointments from the comfort of your home
- Offering wireless contactless credit card terminal to be used in-store as well as curbside
- Offering the opportunity to reserve the entire bridal showroom to yourself for the first hour of business each weekday morning
